‘Dancing Baby’ Copyright Ruling Sets Fair Use Guideline

Prince must be the biggest A-hole on this planet. Why on earth would you sue someone for using your music in a twentynineseconds during move about her dancing baby? I bet it takes less then 29 seconds reading this message... Wasnt he also throwing out visitors of his concerts who were filming with their smartphones? Again, what an A=Hole.
